Each different option has pros and cons.
Bunk beds for kids are a nice option because it frees up a ton of space in kid’s rooms allowing for more area to play!
Bunk bed/lofts with storage are wonderful for college students because of the space saving benefits!

Beds that have wood frames and wood drawers are much more classy and look beautiful in a bedroom. However, they will likely take more assembly time and energy, so you may want to have a friend help and reserve a chunk of time -just in case it doens’t go as fast as you hoped or as fast as the box claimed! Keep the customer service number handy and make sure they are operating during the hours you put it together!
Metal frames may be easier to assemble. Just be sure the screws are sturdy and that there are no obvious weak points that will eventually give in and break! Nothing worse than having a nice bed that doesn’t work any more because of a poor design or weak point that gave out over time!
